Chelsea messaged Josh on MySpace and told him how good his taste in music was. Josh had a Paul McCartney song on his page, and Chelsea had a Jimi Hendrix song on her page. Two high schoolers with a love for classic rock. 

After exchanging numbers, they began to talk all day and night. On August 29, 2009, it was official. Josh became Chelsea's Sugar Muffin. After high school, they continued their relationship at separate colleges. Tough, but they both graduated and moved back to Houston. On August 10, 2016, Joshua treated Chelsea to a wonderful night filled with music, dinner, and fun, and ended it at the park where they shared their first kiss. While a photographer captured every moment, he asked for her hand in marriage. On February 17, 2018, the high school sweethearts said " I do". 





From being high school sweethearts to starting their own family (with a pet dog and lizard), Joshua and Chelsea are enjoying their&nbsp;new journey as Mr. and Mrs. Taylor!

A. &nbsp; It means that you can wear a tuxedo&nbsp;and long dress to dark suits and &nbsp; cocktail dresses, pantsuits, etc... &nbsp;Whatever suits your fancy!!

A. &nbsp; &nbsp; Anything, but WHITE!! Please, let's let the bride be the only person in WHITE!

A &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Be considerate of the fact that weddings and receptions are expensive. Only bring a guest if the invitation states that you may.















Q. &nbsp; Where should I park?

















A. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Parking is free in two lots across Fannin Street from the sanctuary. The addresses for the parking lots are 1131&nbsp;Binz Street and 5500 San Jacinto Street. There is handicap parking on&nbsp;the church grounds, though not many.









Q. &nbsp; &nbsp;What time should I arrive?











A. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to ceremony. You will not be able to enter the sanctuary once the ceremony starts. You may be seated only after the bride enters if you arrive after 3pm.











Q. &nbsp; &nbsp;Are kids welcome?











A. &nbsp; &nbsp; Children 12 years and over are welcome provided that their names are on the invitation.











Q. &nbsp; How do I RSVP? 



A. &nbsp; &nbsp; When you recieve your invitation,&nbsp;please mail back the RSVP card &nbsp;as soon as possible. Remember, only RSVP for the person/persons listed on the invitation.

Hello, I'm Kendrick! Josh and I met sophomore year of high school. He was the new basketball player transfering from our local rival. We had never spoken a word to each other before and I hated him simply because I knew he was competition. However, after our first session of jock locker room talk I knew he was my long lost brother. We've been the dynamic duo ever since. In college if you saw Josh you knew I was just around the corner. We live over 200 miles away from each other now, and when I see people they still ask, "Is Josh here too?" Blood couldn't make us any closer... NNSB for life.

Hi, I'm Cristal! I met Chelsea at a mandatory Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Scholarship event in 2010. WHOOP! We were both recipients and attending the same school! We struck up a conversation and realized we had a lot in common. Our friendship has grown more and more as the years have passed. We are "Fightin Texas Aggie Grads 2014".

She befriended me as the new girl and made me feel like I fit in. Through choir, track, student council and all of our adventures, I've had a true friend. Rival schools, distance and time hasn't and won't separate us!

Hi, I'm Evan! JT and I met junior year as UTSA Business students and instantly became cool when we realized we have the same birthday and my middle name is Taylor. More than half of my college stories now start with "JT and I", and to this day there are still people who refer to us as "The Twins". He's definitely my twin brother for life.

Hey, I'm Katie! Chelsea and I became fast friends through AHS Student Council. We bonded over our love of Harry Potter and teasing Mrs. Booth in Calculus class. As we grew older and our locations changed, we never passed up an opportunity to make memories. She's a bright sun on a cloudy day, my mood is instantly lifted after speaking with her. I'm thankful and excited to continue this journey called life with Chelsea by my side!!

Hey, I'm Jackie! I met Joshua Taylor in high school, our bond grew stronger in an Economics class in which we insisted the teacher shared a striking resemblance to Velma from Scooby Doo (shoutout Mrs. Duez). We became better friends after he and our other best friend Kendrick, were roommates in college. He moved back to Houston from college, and we have been there for each other for the good, bad and ugly since. Josh is one of the most genuine, kind and fun people I have ever been around.

What's up, I'm Chris! Josh and I met through Chelsea in high school. We both attended UTSA too! Though I transferred after my first year, Josh and I remained close friends. Chelsea is my cousin and more than that, she is the sister I never had. With that being said, I wouldn't want anyone else to marry my closest cousin. Josh, you know you still have to make a trip to  Cleveland before February 17, 2018!!!
